      • Added a “porthole” to the top center of the lush cave to make it easy to fly in, and out of.

      • The lush cave is about 130×130 blocks, but it’s an “L” shape.

FROM: CJ RV Williams
SUBJECT: Nautilus

Greetings Pix, and Joel,

One of the things that I think could help the nautilus mob go from an interesting aside to something more useful is a way to transport it out of water. That way we can take it to underground aquifers when caving, and between bases for underwater building, and terraforming. Using a lead on an aquatic mob to move it  through caves both feels like it should kill the nautilus, and would be unwieldy. The nautilus seems too big to fit in a bucket like axolotls…

Do you think a way to transport these mobs would be a good idea, and how would you implement it?

Cheers,

CJ

CJ died while trying to defend his newfound nautilus from an underground army of creepers while it slowly crawled to the nearest aquifer.

Mounts Of Mayhem

Mounts Of Mayhem is the final Minecraft game drop of 2025 and it will bring an all-new ridable mob out of its shell, and resurrects another from the dead. (Or at least from Creative Mode). Jonny, and Joel share their initial thoughts on the nautilus, the zombie horse, and a pointy new player weapon, the spear.
