      • A small basement in the West Quarter was left unfinished.
        • Re-textred it, and added a few barrels, and crates to make it feel used.
      • The top floor of the south gate tower was empty
        • Decorated it to function as storage for the tower, and south gate, with large cates, and piles of iron, and coal ore.
      • The “secret passage” under the canal bridge was very plain.
        • Completely redone in depilate with accent textures, mood lighting, and spawn proofing with candles, and made the tunnel feel more cohesive with the builds it attaches to.

SUBJECT: Hostile Chain

Hi Pix and Joel,

I was listening to Episode 346: “Happy Ghasts Help You Haul”, and I had this wild idea, what if we could leash hostile mobs too? Maybe not with leads, but with chains instead. I know it might not make much sense at first, and may cause absolute chaos, but it also sounds like a lot of fun!

Chaining creepers to cats, and golems to Illagers. Having bouncing guardians as a farm decoration, and so much more!

Ravagers, in particular, feel like the perfect candidate for this. They’re big, and wild (And also kind of rideable. Please Mojang, add this feature! Now is your time!) Just imagine being able to leash, and transport ravagers, setting up custom raids, or ravager-bombing your friends with ghasts, or even having a pet ravager stomping around your base, and being airlifted by a happy ghast.

I actually drew a piece of fan art inspired by this idea. A kind of “beastmaster” concept, with a player wrangling ravagers in a fortified pen, and exploring the world by combining air, and land travel.

Maybe it’s too wild for vanilla, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on the idea.

Jedidu panicky fell off a happy ghast whilst trying to escape a not-so-happy, very hostile ravager.

SUBJECT: The Potential Of A Minecraft Movie

Hello Jonny ,and Joel!

After watching A Minecraft Movie myself, I can say that while it is utterly ridiculous, it presented a question that I’m sure many Minecraft fans are wondering about: Would any of the “new features” seen throughout the movie be applicable to the vanilla game?

I have been wanting a new golem in the game for a long time, and the “Swift Golem” is really interesting, and a unique take on our buildable friends. Things like the actual Boots of Swiftness, the Orb of Dominance from Minecraft Dungeons, and more sorcery would be great for a future combat-themed drop, and if the Nether gets another update later on, I would love to see things like different Piglin classes or the ability to tame and ride hoglins like the hog riders in the movie.

I would love to hear what you guys think!

Rush C made the advancement “Fast and Ferrous” when they constructed their first Swift Golem. Piglins beware!!

What Could Minecraft Steal From A Minecraft Movie?

Expanding on the email from Rush C, Jonny, and Joel brainstorm on the features of A Minecraft Movie that they feel – or wish – could be brought over into Minecraft, and which features while cool, are better suited to stay in Hollywood.
