Hi Pix, and Joel!

There has been Minecraft.net feedback topics before, asking for making sniffer eggs, and turtle eggs to have an option to deactivate their hatching mechanic, turning them into fossils, essentially. Some content creators have also expressed this if I recall.

Now, with resin – the liquid base of hardened amber – coming in the Winter Drop, I suggest to give resin, instead of wax, a right-click interaction for eggs with hatching mechanics to turn them into “Fossilized” eggs. Maybe it even changes the texture of the egg into something more orangey?

What would you call your assortment of fossils in your base?

Sheepscalibur suffocated in a wall of resin.

SUBJECT: Quest For Creeper-Proofing

Hey Pix, and Joel!

This idea was born of a conversation my husband, and I had while watching one of Mumbo Jumbo’s most recent Hermitcraft episodes. In it, he displayed his valuables chest, and expressed how much he would lose if it was blown up by a creeper.

This led me to think – why don’t we have a way to reinforce chests? Mojang has basically already laid all the groundwork – netherite, which is lava proof, and blast resistant, and smithing templates, which could give you the instructions to reinforce the chests.

My husband then suggested having different levels of reinforcement, like iron (slightly blast/fire resistant), diamond (stronger but not totally resistant), and then netherite (fully resistant) for endgame.

I think this could be a really cool mechanic and would love to hear your thoughts.

Are Ender Pearls The Future Of Transport?

Players can now toss an ender pearl across dimensions, and hold them in stasis anywhere, and be recalled when triggered by any number of unique ways with varying purpose. Jonny, and Joel discuss the possibilities behind the new ender pearl mechanics in Bundles Of Bravery, and whether or not they think there will be a transport revolution in Minecraft.
