- The Citadel | Westhill | North Crossroads Details
- Started off the week adding a custom tree near the Westhill River to help fill in the view looking east, from the crossroads.
- The Citadel – Revamping The North Crossroads – Part 1 (YouTube.com/JoelDugganVODs)
- Then added foliage, a rock outcrop, and other details to the section of the crossroads by the curtain wall marsh, changing the footpath to a “cut corner” of dirt scuffed up over time, and added a wagon.

- Started working on a trying to make a soggy grass area where water might run off the road, and nearby high ground, and work its way into the marsh. – Work in progress.

SUBJECT: TNT Drop Revolution
Howdy Pix, Joel, and impulse,
With the release of Minecraft 1.21, Bedrock Edition received the long awaited 100% TNT drop rate, making TNT-based farms viable at last. When Java Edition got this change, it felt like there was a revolution of new farms, but I haven’t seen the same motion on Bedrock. The crafter, too, has not inspired the revolution that I expected it would.
How do you think the 100% TNT drop rate has impacted the game?
Do you think the crafter will see the same love, spaced out over years of creations?
Looking forward to this bit of a look back at TNT changes.
Zing fell asleep working through a redstone puzzle, happy to play the long game.

Redstone In Minecraft 1.21:
A Deeper Look At The Crafter
With impulse on the show – a player with a lot of redstone experience – having more time with the crafter in regular play thanks to the early addition of the crafter on in this season of Hermitcraft, we thought it would be a good opportunity to get some feedback on the crafter from someone who’s had a lot of opportunities to incorporate it into Minecraft projects.
What are the most direct, and practical uses for the crafter? Are there niche applications for the crafter that the average player may overlook? How has the addition of the crafter affected how we think about redstone in Minecraft?
