With the recent announcement of the Wild Update and the addition of chest boats, I thought this might be an opportunity to add more boat variants to the game.

This could include furnace boats, boats with a sail, and even… just maybe… TNT boats!

SUBJECT: Incorporating All Mobs From The Mob Vote

Hey Joel and Jonny,

After watching the Minecraft Live livestream and hearing about the new update – which I’m very excited for – I thought of a few ways to incorporate the “losing“ mobs into the game. 

For the moobloom i thought it would fit very well with the concept art for the birch forest that was shown so they could maybe make the biome have a unique feel to it by making it the biome where the Moobloom could spawn.

The Iceologer could spawn inside the igloos in the snowy plains or inside any pillager outposts that spawn in a snowy biome.

The Copper Golem might fit well with the archaeology update. Found in the underground cellars shown in the Copper Golem’s announcement video.

I thought that the Glare would fit well into the lush caves or abandoned mineshafts.

SUBJECT: Relation Between The Allay And Vex

Hello Jonny and Joel, hope you guys are doing well!

A few days ago I read that the words “allay” and “vex” are antonyms of each other. I have a Minecraft lore theory about this. Now that the allay has won the mob vote, what if in previous times the allay was used to do their chores continuously, without giving them a break. One day, the allay turned against the player, seeking revenge. If the last item the allay was given was an iron sword… the vex was born!

Do you think that using an allay mob a lot would make them hostile against the player? Or perhaps giving them an iron sword would turn them hostile? Would implementing this mechanic make sense? I would like to hear your thoughts.
