SUBJECT: Planning Storage Rooms Aesthetically

Hi Joel, Jonny!

How do you approach planning out your storage rooms in Minecraft from an aesthetic perspective? I struggle to build in anything but a medieval style as the chest texture is in my opinion not very versatile, but I don’t want to change it.

Also, do you have a “favorite” storage system from a previous world?

Thank you all for the amazing content you provide to the Minecraft community!

SUBJECT: Blocks that are used but missed used

Hi Joel and Jonny,

In Episode 100 you talked about blocks and items that you didn’t use or used very rarely. That got me thinking of rare items in the game like nether stars that are hard to get, but once you get them you can only make one thing, a beacon. I would love to see the nether star boosted so that you could make different powerful items. For example, there aren’t a lot of lighting blocks in the game. This is something you guys both have mentioned having a problem with in the past. What if you could combine a nether star with say a crafting table allowing you to combine a torch with any block in the game, and then that block gives of light.

What do you guys think?

Love the show keep up the good work,

SUBJECT: End Ideas

Hey J and J!

Love the show, and I wanted to ask you about how YOU would do an End Update. Personally I think the next major update will be the End Update because Mojang has said they want all three dimensions to be more unique. I have seen lots of images of ideas online, but what do you guys think? Do you think that we even need an End Update?

SUBJECT: : Satisfactory-like mechanics in Minecraft

Hey there!

I was listening to episode 100 this week, and the post-show discussion sparked my interest. I recently came across a Minecraft mod called Create, which adds conveyor belts, gears, and other multiblock machines to Minecraft. It allows players to be more creative with their automation processes, while also giving more of a visual of how that process happens. In my opinion, it makes the game a little more lively, much in the way that Satisfactory machines do. It makes me wonder if there’s a place in the vanilla game for mechanics like these, albeit to a lesser extent.

Love the podcast!

Thanks,

GothierGreen
